AUGUST 9-14: NEW SEASON TICKET HOLDER SEAT SELECTION

Q. WHEN IS FULL PAYMENT FOR MY SEASON TICKETS DUE?
To keep your seats selected for the 2021-2022 season, full payment of season tickets is due Monday, November 1, 2021. Reminder: a deposit must first be made by July 31, however to reserve your same seats if you are a renewing season ticket holder.
Q. HOW IS SEAT SELECTION ORDER DETERMINED?
2021-2022 season ticket holders who have made their deposit prior to July 31st will have first right of refusal on their current seating. After appointments (phone or in person) take place between renewing season ticket holders and ticket office personnel, new season ticket holders are able to select their seats based on when their season ticket deposit was made. Appointments with new season ticket holders who have made their deposit will be made on a first come, first serve basis.
Q. IS THERE A LIMIT TO THE NUMBER OF SEATS I CAN SELECT?
Q. HOW DO I SPECIFY WHICH LEVEL I AM LOOKING TO PURCHASE TICKETS IN?
The minimum deposit requirement, regardless of where you would like to sit for the 20-21 season is $99. When depositing at www.cbulancers.com/seasontickets , the system will ask you which level you are looking to purchase at. Please refer to the benefits and pricing above to determine which level you are most interested in. You are not bound to this selection, nor are you guaranteed seating in the level you specify. This process simply helps the CBU Box Office better assist you when it comes to the seat selection process.
Q. HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY SEAT SELECTION APPOINTMENT AFTER I HAVE MADE A DEPOSIT?
Appointments will be made starting in early August for all of those who have made a deposit prior to July 31. Appointment priority will be determined by the following criteria
- Renewing Season Ticket Holders who have made their deposit prior to the July 31 deadline
- New Season Ticket Holders who have made their deposit prior to the July 31 deadline
- Priority determined by date of deposit
