Swim Lessons
Swim lessons are for all ages and are available Year Round.  These classes include: Private, Family or Friend Semi-Private, Group and Parent & Me.

Age Group Swim Team
The age group Swim Team is purely developmental in nature and emphasis will be placed on learning all four competitive strokes, starts, turns, pace work, relays and preparation for a full summer of swim competition in the Riverside County Swim Conference. Ribbons are awarded at swim meets. Swim Team is a year-round team. Spring/Summer=April-July. Fall/Winter=August-March. To be eligible for the team, children must tryout and must be able to swim two lengths of the pool freestyle with side breathing (Ages 5-18 years).

Master's Program
The Masters Program is a perfect group for Triathletes, open water, & Iron man swimmers, or those just wanting to stay in shape and receive help on their swimming skills.

The Masters Program emphases are:
Stroke Technique
Endurance Training
Interval Training
Critique on Starts and Turns
Experienced Coaching
