THIS YEAR: Reigning GSAC Player of the Year and CBU’s first-ever NAIA All-American first team selection senior Aaron Seuss returns for one final season ... Will start in right and hit third ... Coming off a great off-season ... Has the potential to be one of the best hitters in the history of the program ... Has added a leadership aspect to his game this year and will serve as captain.

2006: Became the program’s first-ever NAIA All-American first team honoree ... Also earned GSAC and NAIA Region II Player of the Year honors ... Tied the program’s single-season mark with 21 home runs and came within one RBI (87) of tying that single-season mark as well ... Led the team and was fourth in the GSAC, hitting .404 (90-for-223) ... Led the team in hits (90), runs (64), RBIs (87), home runs (21) and doubles (16) ... One of just 2 Lancers to start all 52 games ... Hit safely in the first 35 games of the season ... Had 29 multi-hit games, including a quartet of 4-hit games ... Had 5 multi-home run games ... Had a career-high 6 RBIs twice, including a 2-for-4, 6 RBI performance against Point Loma Nazarene in the opening game of the NAIA Region II Playoffs ... Was 7-for-7 with the bases loaded, including 3 grand slams.

2005: Started each of the Lancers’ 50 games as a 2005 sophomore ... Named All-GSAC after hitting .308 (57-for-185) with 37 runs, 37 RBIs, 12 doubles and 10 home runs ... His 37 RBIs was tied for third in the GSAC, while his 10 home runs was tied for fourth ... Was 8-for-11 in stolen base attempts ... Had 13 multi-hit games and one multi-home run game ... Hit a home run in 3 straight games against Point Loma Nazarene ... Had a season-best 4 RBIs after going 2-for-5 with a  home run against Cal State Dominguez Hills ... Was 2-for-3 with a solo home run against Redlands ... Was 2-for-4 with 2 runs, 2 RBIs and 2 doubles in the first of 6 games against national-power Lewis-Clark St. (Idaho) ... Was 3-for-4 with 2 runs, 2 RBIs, a double and a home run against The Master’s ... Went 2-for-5 against Concordia in the NAIA Region II Playoffs.

UC RIVERSIDE: Played the 2004 season for head coach Jack Smitheran at UC Riverside ... Had a home run and 6 RBI in 15 games ... Best game was against San Francisco, going 3-for-5 with 2 RBI and 2 runs scored.

HIGH SCHOOL:
Prepped 3 varsity seasons for head coach Darrol Salazar at Palm Desert (Calif.) High, graduating in 2003 ... Was a 2-time All-Desert Valleys League selection ... Named All-CIF as a 2003 senior after hitting 10 home runs with 51 RBI ... Was a high school teammate of current teammate Ross Stout.

OTHER: Born March 5, 1985, in Indio, Calif., to Doc and Lynette Seuss ... Has 2 brothers (Adam, Jeremy) and one sister (Jamie) ... Comes from a baseball family: father played baseball at The Master’s, brother Adam played at UC Riverside and in the Mets organization, and brother Jeremy played at The Master’s and Mary (N.D.) ...
