RIVERSIDE, Calif. --- California Baptist University has announced make-up dates for its doubleheader that was rained out against Dominican on March 19.
The Lancers and Penguins were already scheduled to play this Saturday at the Tournament of Champions in Turlock, Calif. and will now make that a conference game. The two teams have also scheduled a make-up date for the second game, playing April 23 in San Rafael, Calif. at the Penguin's home field.
The second make-up date comes on the heels of a short Northern California road trip CBU already had scheduled to play Academy of Art.
The Lancers had three doubleheaders cancelled during its Northern California trip earlier this season, two of which were against non-conference opponents and will not be made up.
The Lancers have five games scheduled at the Tournament of Champions this weekend, starting with a trio of contests on Friday.
