It is Crowley's first career weekly honor and the seventh weekly conference honor for the Lancers this year.
Crowley hit .615 (8 for 13) with six runs, two RBIs, a double, a triple and a home run as the Lancers won two of three non-conference games, all against nationally-ranked NAIA teams.
In an 11-9 loss to No. 11 Concordia Thursday, Crowley was 4 for 5, his first career four-hit game. He also doubled and scored twice. He then singled, walked and scored twice in the Lancers' 7-2 win over the Eagles Friday.
Then, on Saturday against No. 25 Cal State San Marcos, Crowley was 3 for 5 with two runs, two RBIs, a triple and a home run to help the Lancers to a 6-5, 10-inning victory. With the Lancers trailing 5-2 in the eighth inning, Crowley hit his first career blast, a one-out solo shot to make it 5-3. After the Lancers tied it with two runs in the bottom of the ninth, he led off the 10th with a triple off the right field wall and scored the winning run on a two-single by Travis Sais.
With his effort last week, Crowley, the Lancers' leading hitter, raised his average from .398 to .423.
The Lancers resume PacWest play this week, traveling to Arizona to take on a red-hot Grand Canyon in a four-game series beginning Thursday in Phoenix. The 'Lopes have won 10 of 12, including a four-game series sweep of Hawaii Pacific.
