RIVERSIDE, Calif. --- Petra Kovacs scored three times, and California Baptist University never trailed in defeating NCAA Division III Claremont-Mudd-Scripps, 11-4, Wednesday afternoon.
The win is the Lancers' sixth in a row as they improve to 10-5 overall.
Kylie Chevalier and Morgan Barrows both scored twice. The Lancers scored six of the first seven goals to carry a 6-1 lead into halftime. They expanded it to 9-2 by the end of three and then cruised in for the win.
Both Camryn Rogers and Kristen Post made three saves each.
