The 12 runs matches a season high for the Lancers (9-7, 2-0), who have won four straight and six of seven.
The Urban Knights fall to 1-12, 0-6.
CBU scored two in the first, one in the second and four in the third to take a 7-0 lead. A five-run fifth took it to 12-0, which was more than enough for David Herd and two relievers. Herd (3-1) struck out four and didn't walk a batter in five innings.
Zach Esquerra had a double and a triple and three RBIs. He hit a one-out double in the first to give the Lancers a 1-0 lead. He then hit an RBI triple in the third to make it 4-0. Blair Moore and Andy Crowley had RBI singles and Davis capped off the four-run frame with a sacrifice fly.
Davis was 2 for 4, which included a two-run homer in the fifth that came right after an RBI triple from Cathers.
Matt Marnati had two hits and scored twice. Crowley scored three times.
