PHOENIX, Ariz. --- California Baptist University landed a pair of players on the All-PacWest teams with the release of the postseason volleyball awards by the conference media office.

Ingrid Carmona was named to the All-PacWest first team while freshman Malika O'Brien earned second team honors.

Carmona led the Lancers this season with 402 kills and 306 digs. The senior broke the program's career kills mark late in the year, finishing her tenure with 1,890 kills. Carmona was third in the conference with 4.10 kills per set and her 0.40 aces per set were good for second best in the PacWest this season.

O'Brien was tops in the PacWest with 1.48 blocks per set, 145 total. She posted 29 solo blocks and 116 block assists for the sixth highest single season blocking total in program history. O'Brien also tallied 222 kills, third best on the team, and her .289 hitting percentage was best among players with at least 100 attempts on the season.

Kim McCalmont and Faith Steinwedell were named to the honorable mention list as well.

The Lancers finished the season 19-8 overall, 12-4 and third in the PacWest.
