LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- There was a special present under the tree for California Baptist University as ESPN.com released its Southern California collegiate soccer postseason awards Sunday.
Fabiola Zanella da Silvan was named women's soccer Player of the Year for Division II, III, NAIA and unaffiliated institutions while Kristen St. Clair was the Coach of the Year. Michael Salazar was named the Freshman of the Year on the men's side.
Osvaldo Bastida and Kylee Nicassio, the program's career scoring record holder were both named to their respective teams.
