• Prepped four varsity seasons for head cocah Stan Goodell at Hidden Valley High in Grants Pass, Ore., graduating in 2009
• Led the Mustangs to two Skyline Conference titles and four Top 10 finishes in the state meet, including a state title as a 2009 senior
• Finished seventh in the conference championships and eighth in the state championships as a 2009 senior
• Was a four-time scholar-athlete
• Participated in the prestigious Border Clash as a senior
